Alan Pearsall Art & Design
“Don’t think about making art, just get it done. Let everyone else decide if it’s good or bad, whether they love it or hate it. While they are deciding, make even more art.” – Andy Warhol
ABOUT The Artist
My name is Alan Pearsall, principal artist for Alan Pearsall Art & Design. At my studio I produce graphic design, illustration, and large -scale artwork. My studio is in our twentieth year of operation.
I have successfully completed many public works large in scale and budget. I think having my feet in both the art world and the design world keeps my perspectives new and un-faded by conventional cliché.
My aspiration is to continue to do public works and art work with historical and cultural significance. I enjoy working large scale. Long before the Pope hired Michelangelo to paint images of the Bible on the Sistine Chapel ceiling. The WPA murals of the 1930's told the history of America in post offices and buildings around the nation. Diago Rivera used murals to tell of Mexicos past. It is my plan to continue in that tradition.
